Notas de traducción

La expresión "código fuente" como traducción de "source code" es deficiente, pero muy difundida. Sería más correcto traducirlo como "texto original", pero matenemos "código fuente" porque estimamos que facilitará la comprensión por parte de personas que ya conocen la expresión, mientras que quienes no la conocen tendrán la misma dificultad para comprenderla que con "texto original".

Hemos decidido dejar sin traducción la palabra "script" cuando es usada en su sentido técnico de "una secuencia de instrucciones destinadas a controlar la interacción de varios programas", debido a que entendemos que no hay un término castellano suficientemente difundido que capture este significado.
